1. The warranty period is 3 months (calculated from the official commissioning). During this period, if the battery or its components fail or are damaged, our company will provide free repair or replacement services;
2. Do not short-circuit the positive and negative poles of the battery pack, and do not mix the battery pack with conductive objects that can cause a short circuit;
3. Do not reversely connect the positive and negative poles of the battery pack, and reverse charging of the battery pack is prohibited;
4. Do not mix battery packs with other types of batteries;
5. The upper limit voltage of the single battery must not exceed 3.65V, and the lower limit voltage during discharge must not be lower than 2.5V;
6. The correct connection and normal operation of the management system should be ensured, and it is forbidden to charge and discharge the battery pack without monitoring and protection devices;
7. The battery pack that has been stored for a long time needs to be charged and discharged regularly (if it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge and discharge once every three months;
0.5C current is used for charging and discharging, and the state of charge is about 50% when left for a long time), and the charging and discharging shall not exceed the maximum current specified in the technical parameters;
